Annoying First, I asked loaner but they refused to provide saying that my 10,000 miles maintenance would be done within an hour. I did understand, but it took First, I asked loaner but they refused to provide saying that my 10,000 miles maintenance would be done within an hour. I did understand, but it took 3 hours to be done. The reason was that the Service Consultant confused my NAME with other customer and handed over me other customer's car key not mine. Then it took another 30 minutes to find my car key and my car. If he would say to me "I am sorry" first, I could understand. But he kept on saying that this wasn't his fault and he blamed his co worker who made mistake. But I was talking to him as Service consultant not his co worker and he should have responsibility to check my car was correctly registered and handled properly. That was really annoying experience ever in Englewood Lexus Service center. I will lease my car in other lexus dealer once my current term expires.!!! He didn't give me the paper after my service was done. Normally I received paper work but this time, he didn't provide me anything. So I can't remember his name! More
