Michael was very knowledgeable. We have been Lexus owners for almost 15 years and what made us stay with Lexus is primarily because of the Service Department. Mike always seems to know what we need done with our car including and up to making sure that we get a loaner car. At the end of the day, other than performing the required service, the car is clean and the tires checked. Grace, the check out person is very personable and always greets you with a smile. Everything about our experiance at Englewood Lexus was perfect. Alfredo Carratala our Service Consultant worked with us as we needed a few items on our 2004 Lexus LS430 taken care of. We had first spoke over the phone and discussed the work to be done and the cost associated with that work.When we dropped off the car Alfredo took care of us right away, he had a loaner ready and we were out of there in 15 minutes. He stayed in touch with us during the repair and than let us know it was completed. When we picked up the car everything was exactly as he had stated, the car was washed and we were very pleased.
