She followed up with me once or twice afterwards and was respectful that I was not ready to commit to a purchase or lease at that time. About a month ago, I was ready to purchase/lease another car for our family. I didn't even think twice about where to go. I called Katie and she was welcoming and ready to set-up a few test drives for me. Because Katie had another customer in her office, she ask Albert Gonzalez to take me on the test drive, discuss leasing options, etc. Albert was awesome!!! I leased an RX 350. Albert really helped me decide the best leasing options for me (no sales pitches!). I felt like he had my best interest in mind. Bob Katz, in financing, completed the excellent customer service experience. All made the process go smoothly and quickly. My time was valued by all.
