No longer a satisfied customer Lexus agreed that it would sell, and we agreed that we would buy, a 2019 Lexus RX for a net price of “dealer invoice” less $1,200. After closing, how Lexus agreed that it would sell, and we agreed that we would buy, a 2019 Lexus RX for a net price of “dealer invoice” less $1,200. After closing, however, we received from Lexus a breakout of the dealer invoice price used by Lexus to calculate the actual sales price. It revealed that you had inflated the “dealer invoice price” by adding thereto a “delivery” charge of $1,025 and a “advertising assessment” of $791. Neither of theses is a “dealer invoice” cost under industry definitions. During our dealings you actively and intentionally hid from us by various skillful and well-practiced xxxxxxand representations this improper base price inflation. ( e.g., “Howard, we can’t go over specific invoice costs because we don’t know what vehicle out of inventory we will get you.” Howard, I promise you that you will get an even better deal than we have agreed. Howard, trust me on this.” "Howard, I know the closing is in one day, but the individual costs and numbers will be handled by Sorensen of Financial at closing.”). Your deceit made our cost over $!,000 higher than a price that had already been agreed to with Ray Catena Lexus (even taking into account the two additional accessories granted to us by Mr. Litt after closing) . In the past we have always been very happy in our dealing with Greenwich Lexus but since this purchase experience we can no longer fully trust Greenwich Lexus and, if asked, will so state. More
