The most amazing sales experience that I have ever had. This concerns the sales side of the house. I've had no contact with the service department. I bought a new, $88,000, 2015 Lexus LS460L, and had an This concerns the sales side of the house. I've had no contact with the service department. I bought a new, $88,000, 2015 Lexus LS460L, and had an amazing experience with Lennie Messina, the sales consulant. I called a handful of dealers, and ran into many salesmen who stretched the truth (a lot), manipulated our conversation, and told me things that I knew weren't true. One dealer, trying to sell me a demo car, told me that there were no 2015s available anywhere on the east coast, and that I'd have to pay a huge price premium for a 2016 if I didn't buy the demo. I knew this wasn't accurate, because other dealers had models for sale that I saw with my own eyes. Another told me he had three in stock, and when I went down an hour later, found out they only had a used 2013. The sales pressure only stopped when I walked off the property. I finally called Lexus of Greenwich, and spoke with Lenny Messina. I had no prior experience with them. In fact, I almost didn't call them, thinking that their snooty locale would offer up arrogant salesmen, cocky managers, and indifferent support staffers. I had already experienced this kind of attitude when I test drove Mercedes, BMW and Audi at the dealerships near my home. I talked to him about the car, he iterated what he had in stock, and we negotiated a deal over the phone. His price was very competitive with other dealers, and he didn't manipulate or misrepresent anything. EVERYTHING was completely honest and upright. The entire effort took two half-days. There were NO surprises, and the price came in exactly as he promised. No add ons, no fees, no misunderstandings. And best of all, no attitude. Here's where it gets better. I agreed to buy a black on parchment car, so the dealership detailed the car, took off the shipping plastic, gassed it up, and made it ready for delivery before I arrived. When I stepped onto the sales floor, I discovered that the original Obsidian exterior with parchment interior looked garish to my eye. Despite the fact that they had already prepared the paperwork, and prepped / detailed the car, they drove me to three other storage lots, and showed me other colors. They switched my order to a Grey / Black, and prepped the new choice by the time I had to leave. Despite the fact that I added a huge amount of work to their schedule on a busy sales day, NO ONE copped an attitude. No one complained. No one tried to guilt trip me into taking the black that I had originally ordered. They wanted me to be happy with the purchase, and if it took them five hours of additional work to please me, they were happy to do it. No nasty comments, no looks, no nothing. They acted as if this kind of thing was part of the experience of servicing their customers. They did try to sell me an extended warranty, but it was "let me describe the warranty, and how it will help you. Let us know if you'd like to purchase same. Now let's go over your car". No pressure. No hype. No manipulation. What a refreshing change from the closing guys at most dealerships who try to sell you paint sealants, Fung Sui blessings, Buddhist monk good luck dances, or special yak nose dribble oil treatments. Finally, we had some issues with the registration / insurance, and they figured out a solution. They called my insurance company AND the registry, and worked it out so that I didn't have to lift a finger. Buying a car is nerve wracking because so many car dealers try to extract profit from the sale in so many ways that don't benefit the customer. Lexus of Greenwich's behavior all revolved around MY needs, and everyone from the custodian, to the front desk clerk, the sales reps, the managers and the closing person never strayed from working to make me happy. I can't recommend them enough. First class, professional, competent, and caring. Outstanding. More

I thought I should shop around and perhaps, even though I have always loved my Lexus, go for something different. Time for a change...NOT! Looked at the BMW, the Lincoln, the Cadillac and the Toureg - all very nices SUVS, but in the end the Greenwich Lexus Dealership, Jonathan Berrios in service, along with Katie Koroleva,, my sales rep, made it so easy to stay with them. Better deal, excellent service, beautiful car and a proven past history of stellar customer service. Thank you! More

Katie was always pleasant no matter what time of day, pointed out all of the car's great features, inside and out and answered all of our questions, even on her day off. She arranged for a test drive on less than twenty minutes notice, on more than one occasion, and did a very thorough walk thru of the car once we had made the purchase. She, along with the sales manager John McCaffrey were willing to work with us on purchase price and further provided us with different leasing options so that we the best decision for our needs. Natalie in the business office was also very professional and efficient which made the whole process run smoothly. The car was registered and ready as promised with no issues. Wanting to compare everything I had on my shopping list, I called a few weeks later to see if the car I was interested in was available which it was. To be honest, I was thinking of going to another dealer, since I figured if the first sales person (NOT STEVE) wasn't interested in my business why go back? But Greenwich was convenient and my research said they were a highly rated dealer, so I went there again and this time I was connected with Steve Zinaman. Steve made the experience worthwhile. From start to finish, he listened to my needs made suggestions, offered alternatives and put me in a different car than the one I intended to get. At time of delivery he was thorough and professional. I have leased many cars and this was one of my better experiences thanks to Steve. To me, the total experience will be defined by how the service experience goes now that they have my money….TBD More

She loved driv In 2007, we bought a new IS 250 for my Wife from Lexus of Greenwich (LG). We were first-time Lexus buyers and enjoyed the experience. She loved driving the car and put on 125,000 hard miles over eight years. We brought it to LG's Service Department at regular intervals and always felt good about the advice which they gave us. We decided to buy her a new car and returned to LG, where we connected with Steve Zinaman. He introduced us to leasing in a thoughtful, professional way and demonstrated how it worked optimally for us, both financially and personally. In this process, he earned our trust and respect.
