I’m only give 1 star that’s the lowest but 2weeks ago March 19 Saturday I came in to this place ended up preordering a piece that needed to be installed and was told verbally and on the receipt it would March 19 Saturday I came in to this place ended up preordering a piece that needed to be installed and was told verbally and on the receipt it would take 3 to 5 business . Time passes no phone calls so I decided to call in so on Monday 28 I spoke with a young lady in the parts department she kept me on hold only to come back and say it’s not in so I waited more days and it was no calls and nobody was answering the phones so I decided to go in on Thursday March 31 asking for a refund for service that didn’t happen after saying it a few times one of the gentleman stated oh it’s here by then I wanted my refund the guy was kind enough to locate and speak the manager of my concern after a short brief wait time I was escorted in to speak to the manger who let me no he couldn’t give me back my exact amount because it wouldn’t come up I okayed it since it was .50 cents short and he said it will be back on my card within 24 hours but the next day I had no refund and i forgot to get a receipt so I went in again Friday letting him no I have no refund and need a receipt he told me to hold as he did running around asked me for my email and said give 48 hours and they would email you when your refund is on your card. I’m un happy believing that my refund is not coming. I f I had a receipt to prove it’s coming k would feel comfortable to wait I giving it till Monday if nothing shows up I’m reporting this business I never been somewhere that you don’t give receipt for transactions that’s been done More
Dealer said they fixed my car for a P0330 code by replacing some wires and charged $1200.00. Code came back , called to see if it was OK to take to dealer closer to my home it was OK'd by Ian and the replacing some wires and charged $1200.00. Code came back , called to see if it was OK to take to dealer closer to my home it was OK'd by Ian and they will cover it under thier 90 day warranty. New dealer found the problem now they will not cover it, they what me to bring back to them. What if I lived out of state with this issue. If they would have said bring it back when I called I would have. Now I must pay of the car to be put back together drive it to them, then they charge me for them to do a diagnostic to verify the problem. Sounds like a waste of my time and my money. More

Steering My truck was involved in an accident that severed my right of the steering and locked the left wheel jacked to the left, the repair facility did all t My truck was involved in an accident that severed my right of the steering and locked the left wheel jacked to the left, the repair facility did all they could do to get it right with the repairs, however it was not until my truck went to Orange Park Jeep and Dodge to get completely fixed to where one would never ever feel that this truck had the front steering damaged, they replaced all parts needed and with expideint service. They treat me and mine with outmost respect like I was the most important person in the world. Thank you guys, you are the best and i will always recommend you to everyone needing a vehicle. You all made me feel like family!!!!! More

People seem decent, but just one big mess. Made an appointment to fix a reoccuring fan blower issue that had been fixed in the past. Had to wait 14 days for an appointment, to take my vehicle Made an appointment to fix a reoccuring fan blower issue that had been fixed in the past. Had to wait 14 days for an appointment, to take my vehicle in at 8am drop it off at dealer. Never heard anything till I finally get through at 4pm, they have not even looked at my vehicle. They wanted me to leave it over night or bring it back again, when I cant even get it looked at in 9hours after a 14 day wait. What is the point of 14day wait for an appointment and no idea when they can even look at it. On a side note the service guy did mention about me switching my headlights to LED and replacing the factory radio which broke, as that could be the issue when all the problems were before that. A 14day wait for an appointment is not the issue, it once getting there and after 9 hours no service. I would have thought after making an appointment 14 days out i would be some type of priority. More

I recently moved to Oakleaf and Orange Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is now the closest dealership for service. My first experience was to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I felt like the only customer there being provided excellent timely service with expectations clearly laid out and met. One of the things that I liked the most was the gentleman told me about a special that saved me money. They saved me money! The next time I have to go in was for actual service to my vehicle and I did not have the same service man. To my delight this person was equally friendly equally efficient and services my vehicle right the first time. I wanted to mention that I had already been to two other dealerships about the same problem and they had notIdentified or fixed my problem. I have since gone back to the Steeler ship a third time and remain very pleased. They are doing something right and have earned my business and my families. Thank you More
