No major complaints or praise about my visit. This visit was for a repeat issue - third time fixing my truck's liftgate latch. Perhaps its a manufacturing defect. Service team was nice, not the most communicative. I dropped my truck off at 8:30am, appointment at 10:30am. By 3pm, I had not heard anything. I called to receive an update. Truck was ready for pickup shortly after the call. Minor issue with pickup - the incorrect keys were attached to my paperwork. Took about 10 minutes to locate my correct keys. Service advisor was very apologetic. Overall, ok experience. More

Had to keep returning to the dealership because my issue was not resolved as claimed. Each time I was charged excessively and the problem still remained.
