I purchased a Nissan Armada from Darcars and this has been the worst experience ever. When I test drove the truck there was an issue with the radio that I was assured would be fixed and here we are weeks been the worst experience ever. My salesman Jon Mcallen appears unknowledgeable and cant answer any questions without taking 3-4 days to call you back. Marvin who is one of the managers will take your call and seem sincere but will never return your call.The finance dept.(Brian Blackmon) hassles you about adding so many extra services that most of your time spent there is refusing the many add ons. Brian is also pretty bad at returning calls. I also traded in a Camry in perfect condition but it took 4 weeks for the bank to receive the check from Darcars which resulted in a late mark on my credit.I emailed the vice president of Darcars to inform her the crappy service and I am not sure what her role is because nothing changed after emailing her. They foward your compliants to customer care and quite frankly they were no help at all.I would urge you to never use Darcars Baltimore unless you love drama because that is all they provide. More
My experience with the Dar Cars service center was overall very good, Bruce Knapik was the Assistant Service Manager who waited on me, he was very through in his explanation of the work that needed to overall very good, Bruce Knapik was the Assistant Service Manager who waited on me, he was very through in his explanation of the work that needed to be done, very accommodating to my budget, helping me to decide on the best plan for my vehicle. He helped me to decide how to best prioritize the repairs for both safety and performance of my vehicle. Bruce also called me to follow up on the repairs and make sure I was satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. All the work done to my vehicle was very well done, my vehicle was returned clean and in good order. I have recommended the Dar Cars in Baltimore service center to serveral of my friends and collegues, and suggest that they request Bruce Knapik, as his level of professionalism was excellent, and his knowledge was very helpful to me. More
This dealership has the worst business practices! We were there for 8 hours! FINALLY got a car (not the one I intended to buy) but only after A LOT of hassle! They tried to cheat me out of my trade-in. were there for 8 hours! FINALLY got a car (not the one I intended to buy) but only after A LOT of hassle! They tried to cheat me out of my trade-in. They quoted me one price and then offered a different price. They messed up my paperwork and I had to go BACK to sign the paperwork again. The finance company for my trade-in keeps calling me because they have not sent them a check. DARCARS - consumers are not stupid. Please stop your wheeling and dealing and treat people with honesty and integrity! More
The work on my car was excellent, the price for the repairs was good and the service representative Bruce was very courteous and very helpful. It was a pleasant surprise to see Lindsey Temple working at DARCARS. I've had previous encounters with her when she worked at Jones Toyota. I had a fantastic experience at Darcars! I went in to have my Prius serviced and was greeted by Mr. Bruce Knapik. Mr. Knapik was very helpful in diagnosing the problem I was having and quickly set me up have my Prius serviced and was greeted by Mr. Bruce Knapik. Mr. Knapik was very helpful in diagnosing the problem I was having and quickly set me up to have the problem fixed. Mr. Knapik was very professional and knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend him, as well as Darcars to my friends and family for service on their vehicles. Tried to raise the price by $810 by double charging me the freight fee... Then another $1000 by saying the internet price they included the college grad rebate (it was quoted as all applicable rebates)... the freight fee... Then another $1000 by saying the internet price they included the college grad rebate (it was quoted as all applicable rebates)... Problem was the Highlander is not eligible to for the college grad rebate.... Then offered $3K less for my trade than all the other dealers. 3 strikes are you are OUT!!! Took my trade and cash to another dealer.... Got KBB trade value and the other dealer beat they were cheaper than the original internet quoted price that DarCars wouldn't honor by almost $1000 Crooks... Never again! More
Lindsey has gone the extra mile to address the service issues with my car. In addition to being customer friendly she has great communication skills, I'm always informed about what is going on with my car issues with my car. When I make an appointment, she is waiting for me with paperwork ready, and follows through with me the process from check in to cashier. Service is the best part of Darcars Toyota, and Lindsey makes it happen. More
