I was asked to provide the summary from the Audi Dealer on what the parts are required to repair the car in enough shape to pass inspection this week. I've sent the bill I received from Turners-ville Audi here in NJ for Throttle Body Positioning Sensor and Pedal Sensor. The Dealer has offered to review the material and try to make things right to make me happy. I'm not too optimistic though ..... I have a car that I can not legally get inspected here in NJ.

I Sent the Audi Dealer Review and what was found on Jan 31/2011 just 4 Days after receiving the Car. This was requested by the GM of Sales at the Baltimore Toyota Dealership based on him contacting me stating he wanted to help and requested this bill from the Audi Dealer here in NJ. Turnersville Audi - $116.00 - Noted customer will need Thottle Body Positioning Sensor and Pedal Positioning Sensor if warning lights come back. They reprogramed the warings out of memory just to clear what was picked up as a P0123. Also Noted two front bent rims causing driving vibrations. I just want a car that can be inspected in NJ .... I drive for a living as a field engineer for IBM. Someone please help me!

Hello Sir - Angelo DeAngelis here - Person that purchased the 2006 Audi A3. I'm not sure how much you are aware of my displeasure and need to express the actions that transpired to this point. I took delivery of a car that had two bent rims - an electrical situation that I have been communicating since the day I got home - next day in an email to Preston and Francis. This is why my displeasure on DealerRater as this car was passed with bent rims in the first place and knowing that there was a problem. I do under stand as well that me signing someone's name that is not mine unknowingly in the State of Maryland is also not legal. I basically committed forgery in front of two employees who knew the law. I was just an out of state person that didn't know the laws.... Both Francis and Preston witness me signing a name that is not mine on binding contracts. My friend sat with us when I completed the second set at the lunch stop. So - in all this all was not legal in the first place. - on top of being a bad car. My only option without getting released from this car free and clear is to notify Corp. and basically come clean with Well Fargo . Steve promised to fix my car - let me see what it needs - then , you must of did something - next - let me put you in a new car - Nothing ! Nothing. Preston was going to see if I could get a copy of the safety check ? Day 1 - nothing - No Car Fax - Go home in the snow - get out ..... My Brother is the General Manager here in NJ and has communicated on what is proper and releasing me of this car free and clear and refunding my $1,000 would be proper. Knowing the Family at Corp as well he has provided me on who to speak with next.

Problaby the most frustrating Car experience I have ever encountered in my entire life is with these guys. I have purchased a few cars in the last few years ! - Ha..... and this by Far my friends has been my worse ever experience..... Car Passes Maryland Certification on 11/14 and by 1/26 it magically encounters two bent rims - Sensors started to freek out diving home.....
