I found this vehichle online, sent a message, response was prompt & the purchase was made in less than 3 days time. I live in Lynchburg, Va. and purchased this vehichle in Maryland. Mr. Spears helped me from the beginning to the final purchase. He assisted me with my U-Haul needs too, which was an immense help to me and he was also there to finally see me safely off the road in my new Tundra. He helped me with EVERYTHING!!! Wayne was without a doubt, the sweetest car salesman. I had been looking at cars for a few months and he actually listened to what I wanted and within 2 hours I walked out of there with a car. We were so happy to work with Vince and Wayne because earlier in the day we had gone to the Darcars Toyota location on route 85 and spoken with an older used salesman and he had been condescending and just awful, refusing to really even talk to us, we were thrilled with how friendly Wayne was and great Vince was in helping us understand payments, and interest rate and such. We drove away with a RAV 4 which we have been very happy wiht except that we noticed something is really wrong with the radio which has been frustrating but everything else with the car has been great and the experience was positive ! We would totally recommend Wayne and Vince to others. More
