I wanted to trade my 2008 Lexus for the Lexus RX 350, but opted to just take a look at the Volvo XC60 for comparison's sake. The Volvo XC60 was a far better deal. Rosenthal offered a 5 year 60k mile free maintenance deal, the safety features exceeded what Lexus offered and most importantly the XC 60 uses regular gas!!! They always offer a ride to/from work, and give me a free rental/loaner if the work can't be completed same day. Clark Speaker recently replaced my long term serice manager, Terry Weldome, and is carrying on Terry's service tradation. On this week's visit, he saved me 100s of $ by suggesting that a broken part be welded instead of replaced, made sure that I received the dealer's 20% "old care" discount, and had the car washed before I picked it up.
