I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

If you are looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealer who is fair, upfront, flexible, accommodating, and honest, then you must visit Tim at the Darcars Volvo Fairfax. This was honestly the best experience I have had with any dealer in over 40 years, and I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Tim, even if you are just thinking about purchasing a Volvo. He was very flexible and patient when our interest took us to another vehicle than the one, he had for us originally and his pricing was extremely fair. People are writing reviews for the sales side and this page if for service. The service department has knowledgeable Volvo mechanics and service writers. They get my car fixed fast and on time. They aren’t as bad as people portray.
