Going the Extra Mile on the high road When we purchased out XC90 T6 Inscription Volvo SUV, it was a good experience. We let our SUV sit too long and ended up with a dead battery that even AAA could not resolve. We called Clint Kliegel, General Manager and told him of our situation. With the Pandemic, I am high risk so we could not go into the dealership to remedy. Clint couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. He immediately put us in touch with his service Manager, Julia Cepeda. Again, such an amazing level of knowledge, professionalism and Customer Service. He sent a driver to our home to put in a new battery, however, our back up battery was also dead. So the Service Advisor Daijza Meas, went back to the dealership to get a new back up battery. All in ONE day. We were astounded at what care and great service we received from this team. It didn't stop there though...our keys didn't work. Again we let the car sit too ling...well Julio had the valet service come get our car and keys, made it all work, we were due for a minor tune up (basically an oil change with such low mileage), and inspection for a new inspection sticker, gas and a mini car wash. I don't think we could have gotten any better treatment if it was a Rolls Royce! Also, in calling in to the dealership, Daisy was also very helpful and professional to get us to the right person, even though the dealership is under construction. It is crazy times right now, but I cannot remember when I have had better service or a better experience from start to finish. Looking for a new car...first of all, a police officer when my friend had a head on collision told her the only people they see WALK away from these kind of accidents are in a Volvo, or a Mercedes. We immediately went out and purchased our Volvo. I also have a friend that could not get 2 baby seats in her SUV...when she purchased the Volvo SUV (like ours she could) Not all dealerships are equal. I will not tell you the bad experience we had when trying to purchase this vehicle...they were doing quotes on 'ghost' vehicles. When we asked for the VIN #, there wasn't one. Fairfax Volvo dealt with honesty, professionalism and this has held true now in the service needs. Need I say more? Thank you team Clint, Julio, Daijza et al. Respectfully, DR Push. More
Superb! It had taken me for almost a year to find the best XC90 T6 Inscription, and found it at Fairfax Volvo. The Sales team from General Manager & associates were fantastic! I was there for hours, and Toni who exceptionally assisted and educated me on 2020 XC90 T6 Inscription. Toni is the BEST when you decide to purchase a Volvo. She is very, very knowledgeable about the functionalities of what she’s selling. Toni carefully listened to what I was looking for. She showed me the cool things of this car and even made me so excited and happy. She provided my daughter and me a drink while processing my documents. I keep in touch with her if I forget how to find a lot of cool things as I will not remember all. :) She is very responsive. I came there couple of times and gave her treats (chocolates are her favorite) just to sincerely say “thanks a bunch!”. I HIGHLY recommend Toni Jackson to your future Volvo purchase. More

Specifically, we would like to acknowledge Ms Dominique Hackey for personal attitude, help and service to us in buying our first Volvo ( and it was her first sale so it demonstrates thorough training she received). She is a great asset to the Volvo dealership, worthy of an MVP equivalent rate. We would also like to acknowledge Tim, Wayne, Julio and Glester for good service and help. Patrick Hayden the salesman was well-versed on the Volvo product line and knew the vehicles, options, and technology cold. Timothy Wanamaker the sales manager also provided great support on the deal. This dealership is passionate about the brand, not pushy, and has great inventory. It's always been my experience that dealerships a little farther away from major metropolitan areas provide the best value and customer service because they cannot sell cars from geography and location alone, and Volvo of Fairfax is no different. If you're in the market for a new Volvo, stop at Volvo of Fairfax first. More

I had a 2015 Volvo that was purchas Several outstanding employees at Fairfax Volvo helped resolve a difficult situation I was having with my vehicle. I had a 2015 Volvo that was purchased at Don Beyer Volvo in Winchester, VA. Over the past couple of years and particularly the past couple of months, the vehicle had multiple issues. As soon as one issue was fixed another arose. Rachel Voelker was absolutely wonderful in trying to get the matter resolved and always kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. She was always positive and ensured me that they would get it right. Due to having to be towed a couple of times “after hours,” other service department members, such as Melvin, took my calls and made sure a tow truck got to me as soon as possible. With the repeated issues, the service manager, Will Winston became involved and worked with Volvo directly to inform them of the situation and advocate on my behalf. He promised me on our first phone call that Fairfax Volvo would “make it right” and they followed through on that promise. Due to the unexpected repairs needed on my car, I had to replace it in order to have a safe and reliable vehicle. When I purchased my original Volvo, I thought I would keep it “forever” and financed it longer than I normally do. As a result, I was horribly upside down in the vehicle. Will worked with Jonathan (new car sales manager) to come up with a fair and honest deal on a new Volvo in an effort to correct the situation of the lemon Don Beyer sold me. I want to personally thank Jonathan, Will, Wayne Smith and Glester Johnson for going above and beyond to help me get out from under that vehicle and get me into a new Volvo. I have the utmost faith that this Volvo will be my car for many, many years to come. Thanks to your staff for answering all of my questions honestly and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to Fairfax Volvo. More
