Throughout that process, Joey DeGasperis was forthright in our communications, never pressuring. He answered all of my questions with quality information about my vehicle of interest. This assurance was essential to my decision to travel a distance to purchase from DCH. Before ever setting foot on the lot, I felt confident that I was getting the right vehicle at the right price. The actual sales visit, once arrived at DCH, was surprisingly expedient, given past experiences with other dealerships. Joey handled the test drive through the financing professionally; even that part took all of 20 minutes, and again low pressure. Did I mention low pressure?!
