Sales person tried to add $11,000 in "trade difference" to my deal ($11,000!!!). They tried to say it was some kind of "tax" thing. Then seemingly got offended that I wanted to negotiate. Really awesome guy, gets personal and actually talks to you, not like some guys where it’s money and that’s it.
