What an experience, I walked in jaded and defensive about purchasing a vehicle. I’m always skeptical about car salesman and I’m going to admit. Tommy was the best and very upfront and professional. Frankie was by far one of the best saleswoman that I dealt with in my purchase of my new Ford Maverick. I had been to 5 other dealers before DCH and all of the salesman where so pushy to get the deal th dealt with in my purchase of my new Ford Maverick. I had been to 5 other dealers before DCH and all of the salesman where so pushy to get the deal that 2 dealers had me drive all the way to there lot only to find out that they didn’t even have the car I wanted and then tried to sell me a different truck. Frankie was the only one that asked me how can I help you and not what car or truck are you looking to buy! She was more interested in finding out what my needs were instead of what car can I get in into. In today’s times that is rare because everybody is looking to make a dollar out of you instead of what can I do to help you get to what you want to accomplish today. To me that went above and beyond and made me want to do business with her and the dealer. Frankie did everything perfectly even when the dealer did something questionable in the cell of my truck. If I have friends that are in the market for a Ford and won’t mind a little traveling, I would definitely suggest that they go see Frankie at DCH Ford in Eatontown. More
