A huge thank you to Stephanie Ford, my Customer Experience Manager, who did an absolute outstanding job. From the moment I walked in, Stephanie was attentive, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. She never put any pressure on me to buy, which was so refreshing. Instead, she took all the time needed to thoroughly go over every detail of the Expedition and walked me through the entire purchase transaction smoothly.
