Sales team was very unprofessional. “Discounts” came from trying to remove options. Very unprofessional sales process. Delivery of the truck was terrible. Had to get the truck professionally detailed day after delivery to clean up the car from the glue left behind from the delivery stickers and film. Update: four months later, I have still not received the title to my paid off vehicle. Calling the dealership to no surprise they want to take no responsibility for never producing the title and want to send me to the motor vehicle to receive a duplicate title. More

I have had 5 cars since I began driving at 17 years old. I have been there to purchase all of them, even if I was not always the primary owner. This by far was the absolute best purchase experience I have e I have been there to purchase all of them, even if I was not always the primary owner. This by far was the absolute best purchase experience I have ever had. From beginning to end the staff were personable and kind. They genuinely made me feel important and as if I was already part of the family even without knowing if they’d be able to meet my needs. Tony, especially, took amazing care of me. He treated me as the priority and was honest with me from beginning to end. He treated me as the priority and worked hard to ensure that he could make a deal for me. I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience was and how grateful I am to Tony, first and foremost, but everyone I dealt with from the secretary to the finance manager. It was a smooth experience and I was in and out in just over 2 hours. More
If you're contacting from out of state, do not waste your time because they do not care to work with you. I inquired on a vehicle on the 7th, today is now the 28th. Simply asking for a quote with my trade in time because they do not care to work with you. I inquired on a vehicle on the 7th, today is now the 28th. Simply asking for a quote with my trade in, including shipping to me. It's almost like I have to beg to just get a response. I have been the one following up with them, for them to take days to get back to me only to keep asking me the same questions over and over again. They absolutely lowballed my trade by 7k compared to three other dealerships, giving me a lame excuse on the reason. Otherwise, I still keep asking for a quote because I like their car the most. Now they are asking for my payoff which I gave including a 30 day payoff that is straight from my bank and they want to know what bank because, "payoffs are different to dealer payoff" which is not true at all unless it is a lease payoff. A complete waste of time. It's not a car that is impossible to find, unfortunately I am going to go somewhere else. If you wanted to be treated as a customer from out of state, do not waste your time. More
