I expressed my concerns to the GM, explaining that I did not feel safe driving the vehicle. Instead of addressing the issue, he called me naive and stated that he’s been sued hundreds of times and isn’t afraid of escalation. I have tried multiple times to contact the dealership and the GM to resolve this situation, but my attempts have largely gone unanswered. This experience has been unprofessional, frustrating, and has caused significant stress. I expected better communication and accountability from a dealership More
I brought my Ford Fusion in for 2 recalls on 11/24/24f. She quoted $225 for diagnosis which would go toward the cost of the repair. I declined, drove the care home, and hooked up my OBD which communicated just fine with the car's computer. So these dishonest ripoffs tried to charge to diagnose and then repair something that was not broken. More
I have to weigh in here on DCH Ford's service department, mostly because the negative tone of so many of these reviews don't reflect my experience. My car is older, but Odalys has always treated me with respect. She has been frank about what needed to be done, and gave her opinions (such as how long the car may last, if certain repairs were done). I appreciated her honesty and her frankness. She is an asset to the DCH store. More
Do NOT do business with these people. Generally speaking, you want the car buying experience to be a good one given it's such a large purchase. These guys don't care about you one bit. Generally speaking, you want the car buying experience to be a good one given it's such a large purchase. These guys don't care about you one bit. It's all about squeezing you for the highest price and then moving on. Someone else wants the car even though you've committed to buying it?... forget about it, they'll sell it out from under you. Awful people. More

Worst experience attempting to buy a car ever! I highly recommend you stay clear of this dealership. This is probably the 5th review I've written in 30 years. For me to take the time to post this I highly recommend you stay clear of this dealership. This is probably the 5th review I've written in 30 years. For me to take the time to post this means it was truly an awful experience. Be warned. More

Putting cars up for sale that are not ready. Promising a car be ready in days when weeks later it is not ready. Hiding serious problems with their cars and not letting the customer know of the possible repercussions and expenses that may occur. Due to your complete lack of communication and severely bad sales practices on this matter I will have to consult with my attorney and various internet posts if I am not contacted ASAP and this is resolved. I am sorry, I just got home from work. I do not have a phone while working. I do receive e-mails though What is up with the car? Is it ready? I thought it was supposed to be ready on Tuesday! I am sorry but I am going to have to cancel the purchase of the 2017 Tesla S. I was not told that it was going to take several weeks to get ready. I am losing a lot of confidence in this car. If a simple window repair takes this long, how long is anything else going to take. Parts are obviously too hard to acquire for Tesla’s which in my opinion make them a bad purchase at this time. I have found that the absolute worst thing to do with a Tesla is to let the battery go dead, this requires a complete reload of the operating system and can cause battery problems with charging. You should never let the battery drop below 10%. The other Tesla on your lot that I was looking at was already below 4%. A bad sign is that this dealership is not maintaining its electric vehicles properly. The Tesla S that I was trying to purchase has been sitting for an extended period of time letting the battery discharge completely. Between the time to acquire parts and lack of maintenance I just do not have confidence anymore that this is the vehicle for me and my family. I tried to call but no answer or voicemail As I stated, I was ready to drive away with a vehicle when I was there. I was willing to wait a couple of days. If it takes weeks to get a simple part for just fixing a window this is obviously not the right time to purchase a Tesla. Second - this dealership has let the battery drain - I have a co-worker that let his Tesla battery go dead and had to pay over two thousand to have the system reloaded and has had ongoing problems ever since. I do not want a Tesla with a Dead battery and a window that takes weeks to fix. They still have not refunded me for something I have not yet received after several weeks of deception and lies the car is still not ready. They continue to refuse to answer my e-mails and inquiries. I wanted this car three weeks ago - I no longer have confidence in the quality of this car or the honesty of this dealership. More
Used car manager Gary is bad. Go elsewhere. Bought a 50k used truck they bought from a rental company and then refused to address less than $500 in issues. Go elsewhere. Bought a 50k used truck they bought from a rental company and then refused to address less than $500 in issues. More
