I'm here today and I made an appointment for 10:15 am and my car just started getting serviced at 11:35 am. This is not acceptable, if you make and appointment at 10:15 am they should start servicing your car at around the time you made an appointment not in 1 hr and 20 minutes later. Going to go to another Honda dealer now after this visit.

Gardena Honda service area has an employee that is not a loyal employee, and what I mean by saying not a loyal employee is because one of your employees had the nerve to take / steal something from my car and as I mentioned to the person i spoke to i just wanted my earrings back, well is not going to happen she already said some one in the service area or the ones that are bringing the cars over I can't pin point the employee but karma will come down on him and also i will make sure that this go viral so Gardena's Honda reputation be on the look out.
