They sold me a 2026 CRV with 2000 miles on it for a good price and new car financing 2 days ago. However, they didn't disclose to me that there was only ONE KEY FOB until all docs were signed and Gavin t price and new car financing 2 days ago. However, they didn't disclose to me that there was only ONE KEY FOB until all docs were signed and Gavin the salesperson handed me the key (singular) to go. This is super shady and deceptive sales tactics. He said he would contact me the following week and help me get a key. Yeah- for $480 plus tax. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. This is really disappointing and not okay. it didn't allow me to negotiate this lack of key fob with the sales price. I have contacted the sales manager and haven't heard back. More

Only reason I would recommend this service department would be cause of Benny. He was very helpful and honest. My issue was with the drop off and pick up. I had an appointment for 7am and wasn’t seen til would be cause of Benny. He was very helpful and honest. My issue was with the drop off and pick up. I had an appointment for 7am and wasn’t seen til like 7:20pm. When I picked up my car, I literally had to wait 20 mins until someone finally brought my car around. I get it can get busy but waiting for that long is unreasonable. More
