Excellent customer service at it's finest. This is the only Honda service center that I will go for maintenance. Very honest, friendly in spite of the many customers that they cater everyday. Maintenance visit Omar was polite, gave good explanation of the work to be performed, and did a very good job estimating the time the work would take. Omar was polite, gave good explanation of the work to be performed, and did a very good job estimating the time the work would take. More

Bought used electric car and battery degraded They sold me an electric car knowing that the battery was degraded. It took me a few days to figure out. I will never go there again. Buyer beware. If They sold me an electric car knowing that the battery was degraded. It took me a few days to figure out. I will never go there again. Buyer beware. If they have you sig.n a 3 day return clause. Think twice something could be wrong. I should have known something wss wrong because it wasn't fully charged and only had 11 miles to drive home. I consider it lesson learned and never again will I return to that dealership More

Fool Me Once You know the saying, "Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you." I bought a 2016 Honda Fit, top end model a few years ago at this dealer You know the saying, "Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you." I bought a 2016 Honda Fit, top end model a few years ago at this dealer. I was under a time constraint and hadn't bought a car for a while. The result was they talked me into a number of "upsells" (security package and such) and I ended up paying too much for the car. That's on me, though I wasn't happy about it later when I realized I had made a bad deal. My credit union actually had to get approval on the price I paid. Let's say it was probably 1,500 too high. Fast forward a couple years. I get an email from them with the subject "We are currently experiencing an unprecedented increase of pre-owned sales and our pre-owned inventory is being depleted. We are looking to purchase all price range vehicles however we need seven Fit models because of an unusual number of customer request for the specific vehicle. Our deadline is April 30, 2018 to locate these vehicles.According to our records you currently own a 2016 Honda Fit that is in good condition. We are willing to make an aggressive offer for this vehicle. There is no purchase necessary." So I drove a half hour each way to the dealer, having made an appointment. I got there and they didn't know who my appointment was with. They sent out a kid in his early 20s who was nice enough but basically just took down my mileage and then went to the manager for a quote - who then took 30 minutes. I didn't expect a whole lot, but I had looked at the Blue Book value (what I could sell it for) before leaving. I chose "good" condition even though my car is like new and low mileage. The range from KBB was 14-16k. Their "aggressive" offer was 11k. Basically they were trying to lure me in to talk me into trading my car in on a new one. (But even their trade in offer was low.) Totally insulting. Totally a waste of time. Totally a sales tactic. I told them I was unhappy with their offer (reading their own email back to them) and they told me it was more than fair, and that I could "buy a brand new top end Fit for 18k" (even though online prices show them starting at 20k, with no extras and no consideration for the fact that I live in San Diego, where it would almost certainly be more). So, they fooled me twice, or tried to. Of course I left without selling. I am angry at myself for even going back to DCH, but I am even more upset with them for being such a mercenary dealership. I cannot recommend this place. In fact, I really have nothing good to say about them other than their showroom is clean and the coffee is decent. More
