Once a happy customer..until I went to utilize paid services DONT PURCHASE A LIFETIME OIL PLAN HERE!!!! We purchased a car here this past March and thought things had gone SUPER -- we would probably be lifelon DONT PURCHASE A LIFETIME OIL PLAN HERE!!!! We purchased a car here this past March and thought things had gone SUPER -- we would probably be lifelong customers. We were excited to also add to our purchase their Lifetime Oil Service which we were told at the time of purchase was applicable at ANY Honda dealership. WRONG!!! Its only applicable at their brand of Honda dealerships....we go to get a refund from Lithia or whatever the heck their financial people's names are, and are told we can only have a PARTIAL refund, even though we hadn't used their oil service once AND were lied to at time of purchase. SO ANGRY!!! Buyer Beware. >=[ More

I bought my Honda Fit there (at the Lemon Grove DCH Honda) and have bought tires from them as well, along with oil changes and checkups. I have spent very little money and got a great deal on my car. Although got offered next to nothing for my trade-in, which I was not happy about since I spent a lot of money on repairs for it. For a dealer, they are above the others in service pricing fairness and not upselling you. More

Isaiah Owensby was the consummate sales professional, maintaining a friendly, informative, helpful stance from start to finish and even after the sale. His relationship-building skills are impeccable and are a great differentiator. Shanel Lopez not only got me better financing terms than I thought would currently be available to me but was able to utilize professional relationships she has established and nurtured among funding source colleagues to secure even better terms...on her own initiative! Daniel Dees in the service department immediately made it very clear he would accommodate my schedule and requirements right away, putting me at the head of the line, to correct a part that needed replacement that malfunctioned as I drove home two days earlier on the day I bought the car. It is obvious that this dealership attracts people who truly want to serve, and are really great at doing that. I sensed it as I walked into the showroom. This culture is established in any organization from the top down, so kudos to the general manager, Peter Robertshaw. My coming to this dealership was not especially a conscious selection.
