My previous car had been totaled when it on the street in front of my house during the night. My mom and I came to DCH Honda of oxnard because we were looking for a Honda and that is our local dealership. We had the good fortune of being paired with Cindy Burch as our sales person. Cindy made it her personal mission to find me the PERFECT replacement, and within a few days she had found the perfect car. The deal was wonderful and I'm happily back to work and school with a better car than the one I lost, with almost no out of pocket money! Cindy became like a new best friend and was absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm only sorry I won't need another car anytime soon, because it was actually fun to work with her and buy this car. Horrible! Never go back except for a good laugh! I am moving to Maryland soon for a job and the sales team asked me what country that was in! I had to explain where it was and why I wanted a vehicle with 4 wheel drive! The sales manager made very rude remarks about me after he thought I left the inside of the building. However I was standing right behind him and he did not say anything except "yeah if you think you can get a better deal then go to a different dealership." It was the worst dealership I have ever been too. I heard horrible things from others about this dealership however I can now verify they are horrible from personal experience. Do not go here!! They were very rude. More
