I am giving three stars because of the actual negotiation on the deal. Our salesman, Mel, did a good job. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. What I didn't like was the built-in add-ons they threw on top on the deal. Our salesman, Mel, did a good job. He was knowledgeable and accommodating. What I didn't like was the built-in add-ons they threw on top of the price. Standard automatic prep fees are added to your cost, about 2k on our CRV. Back in the day, you had to battle to avoid getting the undercoating and wheel locks after the fact. If you plan to make a purchase here, pay close attention to these automatic add-ons, as they can add up. More
