Freddy was very respectful and helpful throughout the process. On here I don't see the photo of the employee who had me sign the paperwork, but he was very nice as well. Yendri was very helpful in scheduling my actual meeting at the dealership, accommodating me as I was having difficulty finding a day to visit because I was afraid of driving out during the weather. With the overall transaction itself, it was a lot shorter than I had expected. I hear horror stories about people sitting in dealerships for over 5 hours plus, before they even get out the door, but I believe my stay was about 4. I'm sure it would have been shorter had I not sat for 50 minutes on the phone with Progressive Insurance about getting a quote. If anything, they would have my complaint, not the dealership. About the car itself, it took a bit for the car to be brought over as they had it held at a location off site, which took 20 minutes for them to get it to the dealership before I could see it in person. I don't know if this is something I should have expected, but when I left the car only had 50 miles left in the tank before I had to get gas, so I had to refill it within the first 20 minutes of me owning and driving it home. Overall, the experience was pleasant. Outside of my actual transaction, something else I noticed was that an employee that had nothing to do with my transaction or financing was fiddling with a nicotine pouch container at their desk, I don't know if it was empty or not but it might not be something others might want to see in a professional setting. Everything was great my only complaint is it used to be I would get an alert when the car was taken in and progress that was great. Although they are typically pretty expensive, they charged me only half of a costly repair.This was because just the month before, my car needed even more extensive work done (unrelated).
