The wait for this service was too excessive for what was being done. The Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist was not accurate. It's always easy breezy when I bring my car in. The only complaint is that they rotated my tires but did calibrate them so my tire light came on. No biggie though . When dropping off my car the person who helped was very nice. He had told me I would get a phone call when you pick it up. I never received a phone call.
