And, there were no last-minute surprises when I went to sign all the paperwork. We drove away with our vehicle that afternoon. Based on our past experience with the service department at DCH, I have every reason to believe that we will get excellent service on our new Honda--not that Hondas have excessive maintenance problems. Our 1990 Accord doesn't look so great anymore but still runs like a fine Swiss watch. More

After about a week, they got the car in, and delivery took about 30-40 minutes, including financing, insurance, etc. Definitely the quickest process I've been through with no hassles, no changes in price, or any other issues. I've only had the car one day, still getting used to it, but I would recommend the internet sales guys at Kay Honda anyday. More
