They tried to overcharge me by $2,500.00 I was very interested in purchasing a new Kia Niro. They had prices of the cars on their website. I went in, only to find out that they were charging I was very interested in purchasing a new Kia Niro. They had prices of the cars on their website. I went in, only to find out that they were charging $2500 ABOVE MSRP. They told me that because the Niro was a new car, all dealerships were struggling to keep them in stock and that all dealers were charging the markup. I told them I would not pay anything extra and walked away. I immediately called the Kia of Ontario and they told me they would not charge above MSRP. I bought the car from Ontario. A week later Temecula called me and said "if I was still interested they would waive the $2500 premium for me for one day only." I told them I had already purchased a Niro. They asked why and what they could have done differently. I told them don't treat people from Temecula like their money doesn't matter and try to take advantage of them. I did not get any additional follow up. More

Condescending salespeople and poor service department. I ended up on this site since I keep getting told to call and get no call back. There is no express service expect to wait hours if not days. Great Customer Service After calling several Kia Dealers in the area, Temecula was the only one that actually answered my questions and gave me the best deal. I was able to After calling several Kia Dealers in the area, Temecula was the only one that actually answered my questions and gave me the best deal. I was able to do most of my research on the phone and computer, called Richard and he gave me all the information with numbers right over the phone. I was able to let him know when I was coming and he had a salesman there ready to get things going right when I got there. I didn't have to go through the typical sales deal, they knew where I wanted to be and what car I wanted. There was no upsale and I got an awesome deal! More

Theft/Terrible Service Had my vehicle broken into during or after a service here and they (dealership and DCH corporate) ignored the concern. This has already cost the dealership one sale and is about to cost DCH another. Also, the "free" lifetime oil changes they pitch cost over $500. So watch out for that charge if you decide to buy here. More
