Serive Department of DCH Kia in Temecula a definite 10!!! When my husband brought our Sorento in to find out what was happening with the front seat - Emma came out to greet him. He told her what was happenin When my husband brought our Sorento in to find out what was happening with the front seat - Emma came out to greet him. He told her what was happening and she immediately knew what the issue was. Evidently, the plastic that surrounds the seat was broken and she showed my husband where the broken area was. She ordered a new piece and called us to arrange an appointment to have it installed. Our Sorento is now 100% again with the help of Emma in the Service Department. The service department as well as all of the members of the DCH Kia of Temecula team are #1. Come in to see them and you will know what I am talking about!!! More
