Mike Munroe greeted me right away as was awesome to work with. Not only did he know all about the cars, but he helped me choose a vehicle that best suited my lifestyle and needs. I absolutely love my new 2014 Kia Soul+! I actually had fun from the time I walked in to the time I drove off the lot. The staff was great to work with as well. Everything went so smoothly I felt like I was in a dream, or on Candid Camera hahaha. And I wasn't there for hours on end either... you know how that can be. Even the financing went quickly. So when it came time for the paint and fabric protection to be applied I thought this is where the proverbial shoe drops. Surprised again! I was taken right in and my car was ready before the estimated time given. I am very, very happy with Mike and Kia of Temecula. More

Love my KIA Sportage! I went to Kia I thought to look for a car for my daughter. I had been looking for a car, but was not planning on purchasing yet. Kris was so friendl I went to Kia I thought to look for a car for my daughter. I had been looking for a car, but was not planning on purchasing yet. Kris was so friendly, he asked me what I was looking for, explained some of my options, and we test drove some cars. He did not pressure me into a purchase, just made sure I understood my options and that I found a car I liked. I had never gone car shopping or even purchased a car before so this was all new to me. Kia is great, they worked with me on my trade in, made sure I was comfortable with the deal, gave me a great deal! No pressure to purchase, they just wanted me to be happy when I walked out whether I purchased a car or not. I LOVE my new KIA! They even walked me through the basics of using some of the new functions on my car after purchasing it. I would recommend DCH Kia of Temecula to everyone!! More

She is very easy to talk to and took the time to explain all my options, compare car stats, and even down to the detail of how each car worked. She is extremely knowledgeable. She went over and beyond to the point of driving my children in the dealership shuttle home to get their things for a sports practice while I stayed to sign papers with Bill. Bill Synder is very friendly and makes the paper signing experience enjoyable! He looked at all my options and was able to present me with the best option for our situation. Kia Service Center The staff in the service department at Kia of Temecula is outstanding. My car had to be towed into the dealership due to a dead battery. I was nervo The staff in the service department at Kia of Temecula is outstanding. My car had to be towed into the dealership due to a dead battery. I was nervous because I wasn't going to be present when my car arrived but Mike and Tenisha were amazing. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and I knew my car was in good hands. The shuttle picked me up the next morning and I was in and out of there within minutes. Very pleasant experience overall! More

Great car buying Experience!!! I went in not hoping for much being that I had a trade in and dealerships in the past have tried to low ball me. DCH KIA offered me a good price for my trade in and helped me find a affordable yet economical car - KIA FORTE. It seats 5 comfortably and is it great on GAS. I love it! The sales staff that I worked with - Jimmy and Stewart - were both professional, friendly, and courteous. They didn't try to push me into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. They listened to what I was looking for and what I could afford. Jimmy was able to get the finance department to accomodate my requests for the monthly payment I was looking for. The finance department was also wonderful. Like I said - I was straight to the point. I let them know what I could afford and they worked with me. A million KUDOS to DCH KIA of Temecula!!! WOW! More
MIsleading dealership I purchased a brand new KIA Optima 2013 in August 2012 and today I had a flat tire. The tire is repairable and now the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is not av I purchased a brand new KIA Optima 2013 in August 2012 and today I had a flat tire. The tire is repairable and now the ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE is not available to me because they only want to tow the car to the dealership! However, the dealership does not fix tires they only replace the tires. So now I have purchased a 40K car that I thought I would be taken care of if I had broken down and now they are going back on their word. The car did not come with a spare tire and the sales representative stated that I would not need a spare due to the fact that I had ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE! But now I have to have my car towed to the dealership to get fixed, instead of a tire shop that would fix the tire for a fracture of the cost. It is a trap and way to keep the money flowing between the sales department and the service department. The fact that this little disclosure was not disclosed at the time of the purchase is unacceptable. So if you are going to purchase this car make the sales representative discloses the roadside assistance guidelines. Because they will only cover you if you are bringing the car to the dealership.
