Great Experience with this dealership I personally had a great experience overall with this dealership. My husband and I had been working with Lora, who was great! After getting all of the I personally had a great experience overall with this dealership. My husband and I had been working with Lora, who was great! After getting all of the facts, details, and test drives I was taking my sweet time deciding which vehicle to go home with. So we asked Lora to give us a minute to over everything to help reach our decision and that it would be ok for her to speak to other customers in the meantime. Well, that minute turned into an hour before I realized it, and of course I had more questions. John was kind enough to step in when Lora was not available and help me with the my remaining questions between the two vehicles I was looking at. Even sharing personal stories about his experience the with the vehicle since he happened to have that model in his household as well. Which actually helped me come to terms in choosing mine, besides Lora's excellent work with us as well. As we continued to finish up with Lora, and John would check in to make sure we were good during the process. What really stood out about his service was that he made sure I was able to get something that I had added on to the vehicle done before we finished with all of the paperwork. Which we had originally planned to come back to the dealership to have it done over the weekend, but he knew I was not really in the area and wanted to save me that additional trip back. Thanks John!
