Glorious Dealer Experience... Super Happy Customer Walked in on Thursday to test drive the MDX. Lovena spent hours with me, first we test drove the tester MDX, then Lovena got the actual car i wanted Walked in on Thursday to test drive the MDX. Lovena spent hours with me, first we test drove the tester MDX, then Lovena got the actual car i wanted from the lot to test drive. She let me drive and drive, i got to test all the car's features... I fell in love with the car. I wasn't ready to buy, but before i left the dealership, Lovena and John gave me a great purchase price on the car. On Friday, I called Lovena and asked her to run different purchase/lease options for me. Lovena and John created and analyzed four different purchase/lease options for me. I spent Friday thinking about my choices. Walked in Saturday morning to buy the car, Lovena and John sealed the deal with me.. The lease which ended up fitting me best, was an option i knew nothing about before i walked in Thursday. More
