Best Dealership Experience I was pleasantly surprised with my second experience with Acura. Over the years, I have previously purchased 3 new vehicles (One lease and two fina I was pleasantly surprised with my second experience with Acura. Over the years, I have previously purchased 3 new vehicles (One lease and two financed) at other dealerships, including my last purchase of an Acura MDX 2010 at Paragon Acura. However, DCH Montclair Acura by far my best experience yet. From my initial contact with Amanda to the Senior sales consultant, Walter Goldman, Sales manager, Robert Westervelt and Business manager, Amad Matari all whom went above and beyond to help me through my new purchase (an Acura TLX ASpec 2018) and absolutely exceeded my expectation. They all stayed late to ensure we completed the transaction. Through it all, I never felt rushed, in fact they were super friendly, took their time and answered all my questions. Although it was a two hour drive from my home, it was definitely worth the trip. I will highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends and will definitely return to upgrade my MDX in the near future. Coming for that ASPEC I came into the dealership a few weeks ago while I was in the area. I currently am leasing a 3 series BMW and am looking to change to the A SEC TLX ne I came into the dealership a few weeks ago while I was in the area. I currently am leasing a 3 series BMW and am looking to change to the A SEC TLX next. I came by just to take a look. I figured no one would give me the time of day because I was so far out from being able to drive away with one. I was wrong. Robert was supremely helpful and almost as enthusiastic about the car as I was. He answered all of my questions gave me facts and figures that I didn't even know as well as a brochure. He even went out of his way to show me the red interior that I'm interested in when he could've just shown me pictures. I will definitely be back in a few months to get that car and work with Rob. I bought the same car from this dealership...twice! I have nothing but good things to say about my multiple experiences at DCH Montclair. To make a long story short, we bought a brand new MDX in 2017 I have nothing but good things to say about my multiple experiences at DCH Montclair. To make a long story short, we bought a brand new MDX in 2017. The entire process was smooth. Due to the fact this is a high volume dealership they were able to negotiate within reason without haste. We had such a positive experience, we opted to buy the same car again from the same dealership. I am pretty big on customer service and treatment. I would have never even considered were it not for the team at DCH Montclair. Ms. Moore and Mr. Matari were excellent. Never once did I or my family feel pressured to buy anything we did not need nor want. It was about our needs and what would meet them. So as a real 2 time customer for a new car to this dealership I must recommend it, especially for thos of you (like myself) that came here from New York for the tax benefits. More
