We had such a positive experience, we opted to buy the same car again from the same dealership. I am pretty big on customer service and treatment. I would have never even considered were it not for the team at DCH Montclair. Ms. Moore and Mr. Matari were excellent. Never once did I or my family feel pressured to buy anything we did not need nor want. It was about our needs and what would meet them. He made the whole buying process simple with shipping paper work, purchase process, shipping number plates etc., and the purchase is not in person. When you buy from out of state over phone and don't see the real car before you, it takes lot of trust and belief in purchasing the car, and Barry is able to provide that. I did go in person to pick up the car after couple of weeks of purchase, the car was kept in good condition and well maintained with paint job done. Barry is so supportive to pick my phone calls on a Sunday when I needed help while driving back to my hometown.
