Lora gave us a very professional and thorough test drive of the vehicle. She was the only salesperson who was able to clearly describe all the important features of the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy and we felt we could really trust her. We liked the car so much, Lora did everything she could do that we could lease the car at the lowest possible price. Great Service & Great Price I had always wanted to get an Acura MDX because one of my good friends has been driving it and I really liked how it looks and its ride quality. We we I had always wanted to get an Acura MDX because one of my good friends has been driving it and I really liked how it looks and its ride quality. We were brought to DCH through a wholesaler's car buying program and o boy we were certainly glad that it did. We ended up leasing 2017 Acura MDX with the spec I desire. I want to in particular give a shout out to my sales person Walter Goldman. I have to honestly say that without his professionalism, understanding of my desire and need, and great help, I would not be able to get a vehicle exactly what I wanted. For me his service is A++. Other staff were great, too. The finance manager gave us a great deal on service contracts that we needed. Overall we had a wonderful car leasing experience with this dealer, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is looking to purchase or lease an Acura vehicle. More

Of course it can at DCH Montclair Acura, especially when you encounter an experienced, professional Sales Manager like Harry Jones. Prior to meeting with Harry I had spent a couple of hours of research on the internet and then requested and promptly received an email price quote. As I had enjoyed the comfortable ride of an ILX loaner car a couple of years earlier, I decided then that the ILX would be my next new vehicle. Therefore, when I met my appointment with Harry, I declined his immediate offer of a test drive so we could proceed with the purchase. Harry quickly honored the fair price quoted by email, and with no pressure and no hassle we waded through the impressive amount of required paper work. Hamad Matari, the Business Manager, clearly and pleasantly explained the warranty extensions available without pressuring purchase of the add-ons. Within about three and a half hours the transaction was completed, and I left the dealership a thoroughly satisfied, proud owner of a sparkling new 2017 ILX with an upgraded engine and styling refinements from the loaner I had driven years earlier. Harry followed up a few days after the purchase with a personal “Thank You” card and his offer of assistance should it be needed in the future. More
