I was dreading having to go into a dealership to deal with a car salesman due to previous experience. When I started dealig with James it was like a ray of sunshine. I have never met a more friendly, knowledgeble and proffesional car dealer in my entire life (and I have been around for a while). I started shopping at Acura and was planning to visit Ford and BMW after that. Needless to say James impressed me so much that I decided to buy my car immediatly and never visited the other dealers. At NO point during my buying experience I felt pressured or intimidated, he explained all of the fees and gave me all the information that I needed going over all of the paperwork line by line making sure that I understood everything that I was signing. He made sure that the MDX I purchased had the running board I chose put on right away and it was prepared and ready to go when I arrived to pick it up. This experience has left me feeling there is still hope for car salesman all over. I will tell all of my friends and family about this and will recommend DCH and James to anyone that I know that is in the market for a car. Then after we discussed what i was looking for in a car we decided to look at the TSX. I fell in love with the car immediately. Jaime explained all the controls in the vehicle and all the safety features which come with the tsx. I purchased my MDX for this dealership. They have the very competitive price for Certified MDX. I called the dealership to make sure it not bait and trade and MDX is available. When I went there I found that the dealership is small but they have good staff. The do not have large inventory but clean cars. I bought my MDX, and surprisingly sales manager offered me the same price for Black with Black MDX with similar mileage which made me much happy camper. More
