Im glad i did some research on this dealer. I kept hearing good things about them so i decided to swing by. Initially Colleen and Naomi provided me with quick feedback via email. When i went in i was introduced to a salesman called Jamie who was great. He knew everything about the MDX we test drove, he knew the car inside and out and was able to answer every question i had about it. We took along our 3 year old daughter, and as you can imagine she soon got whiny and made life difficult, not only did Jamie let her eat pizza at his desk, he went and got her crayons, pens and a coloring book, infact all the staff were amazing. Jamie even had someone remove the hitch from our trade in as i didnt have the tools at the time to get it off and he had it waiting it for me the next working day! I would definitely do business here again and recommend them to others! Very friendly, very competitive and overall a good experience. We bought a new Acura MDX at DCH Montclair, despite there being 3 Acura dealers nearer to where we live. Arriving at DCH Montclair, we were greeted by Mark Gershman who was very professional and attentive without ever being pushy. He had the exact vehicle specification we wanted in stock and offered a very fair price for the trade. We did leave to visit one more dealer, but at that point, we were already sure we would buy from Mark. So now we have our MDX which we are delighted with, and I would not hesitate to go back to DCH Montclair in the future. More

I have leased 6 Acuras (counting the one I just leased); 5 of them from DCH Acura. In my opinion, Acuras are the best cars on the market for the money, bar none. The only time I went to another dealership was because I was leasing a vehicle for my wife and DCH couldn't get the vehicle she wanted. We went to another Acura dealership and were not happy with the treatment. I have leased 2 RLs and 2 MDXs from DCH and my wife has a TSX. This time, I wanted to stay with an MDX but my salesman, Mark Gershman, showed me the last 2011 TL on the lot. It came with the tech package (which is truly amazing). After the deal I was presented with I couldn't resist. I was treated like a long-time customer should be and got a great price. I was very happy with Mark's professionslism, attention and honesty. Plus, he's a nice guy (he'll probably get a little ribbing about this). I also bring my vehicles there for service and have found every aspect of the srevice dept. to be excellent; from the quality of the work to the professionalism of the employees. I'm sure I'll go back to DCH when my wife's TSX lease is up next year and recommend both Acuras and DCH to anyone who wants a luxury vehicle at a great price. More

I would strongly recommend AGAINST this dealership. Initially I had a favorable impression of this dealership. I went in on a Saturday to take a look at cars, met a personable salesperson (Ronald Frie Initially I had a favorable impression of this dealership. Two days later, I decided I wanted to buy the car that I saw and called him with some final questions. He answers them, we hang up, and then calls me 2 minutes later and tells me he CANNOT HONOR THE PRICE HE HAD GIVEN ME. I couldn't believe it. I had never experienced this before. He informs me his manager won't allow him to give me this price, even though that's what he had promised me 2 days before. After a few requests, he puts me through to his manager, Frank Lupo. His manager keeps telling me he can't offer that price, and didn't seem to care much that his employee had already promised me that price. Keep in mind we are talking about 400 dollars here. At that point, I had decided I would rather pay more money at another dealership that can honor their word rather than spend a cent at this place. Take my advice - go to another dealership where they can stand behind the information they give you. These people are unethical, untrustworthy, and they DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. More
