Im glad i did some research on this dealer. I kept hearing good things about them so i decided to swing by. Initially Colleen and Naomi provided me with quick feedback via email. When i went in i was introduced to a salesman called Jamie who was great. He knew everything about the MDX we test drove, he knew the car inside and out and was able to answer every question i had about it. We took along our 3 year old daughter, and as you can imagine she soon got whiny and made life difficult, not only did Jamie let her eat pizza at his desk, he went and got her crayons, pens and a coloring book, infact all the staff were amazing. Jamie even had someone remove the hitch from our trade in as i didnt have the tools at the time to get it off and he had it waiting it for me the next working day! I would definitely do business here again and recommend them to others! Very friendly, very competitive and overall a good experience. I wish they were closer so i could use them for service too, who knows i may travel out to them so they can look after our new MDX! More

Arriving at DCH Montclair, we were greeted by Mark Gershman who was very professional and attentive without ever being pushy. He had the exact vehicle specification we wanted in stock and offered a very fair price for the trade. We did leave to visit one more dealer, but at that point, we were already sure we would buy from Mark. So now we have our MDX which we are delighted with, and I would not hesitate to go back to DCH Montclair in the future. More
