Prior to leaving with my car, he made sure I knew everything there was to know about the car and made sure my car’s settings were set to my preferences. I can say if you work with him you’ll leave this dealership with a huge smile and a new car. His main priority is to get you into the car you want and that’s what he did for me. I also have to shout out to Hamad! I would have never thought this whole process could be fun, but he challenged this view because I’ve never laughed so hard. When I picked up my new Acura RDX, he was extremely helpful in instructing me on all the technical features of the car. Paul patiently taught me how to use the mouse pad for the monitor, the instrument panel and all of the controls on the dash and on the steering wheel. After modeling the technique, he made sure that I could operate each feature. When we discussed cost and financing, Hamad carefully itemized everything for me and strived to get the best finance rate. At no time was there any pressure, and I felt confident in the decision making process. Both gentleman were knowledgeable in their field and were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend this car dealer and Paul and Hamad to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. More
