This is my second review request. As I said before, Brian Yoshida is my.one and only service representative at DCH Toyota. In 2014 I bought my Sienna from Manhattan Beach Toyota. As As I said before, Brian Yoshida is my.one and only service representative at DCH Toyota. In 2014 I bought my Sienna from Manhattan Beach Toyota. As a new customer, I had nothing but problems. A dead battery on Christmas Eve. Since they close half day, they wanted me to come back. After I lost my temper, they replaced the battery. I sat there, in a Cold Trailer. It seemed forever. After a few other issues, I switched to DCH Toyota. No complaints, since coming to DCH. Keep up the Excellent work Brian Yoshida, Happy Holidays 😊 More
