My car engine light went on, and I was sure it was the transmission. I called Mike, he said bring it right in. I did. He did - AND immediately had a rented car for me (paid for of course by Toyota). He asked me some questions, and surmised that from the model and year it may have been its on-board computer. Turned out he was absolutely right! Though they were short of people and overbooked due to the recent recalls, the car was fixed the next day. I've heard that one should stay away from dealerships for repairs, as they can be overpriced. I feel that has never been the case with this dealer: they, and Mike, have always been good to us. For the record, we bought my car here too - with an excellent salesperson recommended by Mike. I highly recommend them! More
