If I could rate below a 1 star I would. I had a very stressful experience going in to get my brakes fixed. Quoted thousands of dollars later, I asked for a trade in offer to avoid spending I had a very stressful experience going in to get my brakes fixed. Quoted thousands of dollars later, I asked for a trade in offer to avoid spending so much money on my van to get fixed. The sales associate was awful and not much help. I test drove a Hylander and when I came back, they fixed part of the brakes and charged me a $1000.00 after I told them I did not want it fixed because I was looking for a trade in. Their lack of communication and decency cost me heartache and frustration. I ended up at the Lia dealership across the street and they were incredible. I traded my van in with them and I will never, ever step foot into the awful Toyota dealership ever again. More

Della Toyota has the worst customer service/support. Bought a certified used Tacoma. 3 weeks later it’s dead at 11pm. Next morning called dealership, they said there was nothing they could do.
