"Incompetent of oil change "

Incompetent of an oil change and almost blew my engine. I took my car in on a Friday to receive an oil change. The following Monday, I had to get my 2019 Jeep cherokee towed because the Low Oil Pressure Warning came on and the car stopped driving completely. The car was towed back to the dealership where they told me they did a bad oil change and put the wrong filter on. My car had no oil in it at all. After picking my car back up from them on Tuesday, I let the service advisor Luis know that since their faulty oil change, my car has been delayed when starting and he failed to call me back and return my calls. The whole purpose in someone taking their car to the dealership for service is to ensure that they can receive the best service, and feel secure in that the job would be done correctly. My brand new car is now messed up thanks to their faulty oil change and they have no sympathy whatsoever. If they can mess up an oil change, think about what other damage they can do. Do not get your cars serviced here. The only good thing about this place is the woman whom works at the service desk, she has been nice on both occasions and helpful.

"Excellence at full speed"

She has been exceptional with everything I've needed from the Jeep dealer. From before I arrived till the time I departed, she ensured that everything would be done within a timely manner. She also made me feel comfortable while waiting for my service to be done. Her work ethics were superb. I admired the care she showed for me, knowing that my time was a virtue with my daughter involved. Everything needed to run smoothly but quickly, and it couldn't have been better without her public courtesy.

"The service dept was very rude and don't care"

They tried to charge me when no fee was discussed yet. They didn't fix my car b/c I found out it was triple the cost of what it should have been, and they broke my window when it was fine before dropping it off. They killed my battery and only shrugged their shoulders in response. They made me feel unimportant and acted as if they hate their jobs and took it out on me. I will never go back there, nor will I ever recommend it to ANYONE.

"Worst customer service ever"

I am leasing a Pacifica and have had nothing but challenges in dealing with the dealership, especially the service department. Messages go unanswered and promises for follow-up are hallow. Incompetence and no customer service culture - they let the Pacifica leave the lot after a routine oil change with no oil in the engine. Speechless....

"Worst Dealership Service I have ever experienced"

I have owned a number of Jeeps since 1992 in four different states and Dadeland Dodge provides by far the worst dealer service I have ever experienced. Recently I bought my Grand Cherokee in for oil change, to have the multi-switch (turn signal and lights) replaced and have the heat shield between the undercarriage and the muffler/exhaust pipe replaced at 8:30 AM. They were very busy and my ride home was waiting so they advised me to leave the car and the service manager would call me with an estimate. The service manager called about 10:30 AM and advised that I needed to pay a $99 evaluation fee for each the multi-switch and the insulation ($198) despite the fact that each could be verified visually without tools, equipment, a lift or even getting dirty. Granted the evaluation fees could be applied to the repair costs if I decided to have the work done but if they provide an outrageous quote I'm stuck eating it or the $198 loss. After arguing with the manager for 15-20 minutes she advised that she needed to speak to her manager and call me back. After not hearing from them for 4 hours, I called back and was able to speak to the manager who admitted that for the two things I requested an evaluation fee was not needed. About 17:00 I received a call with a quote of US $139 for the multiswitch and two hours of labor at $250 plus tax for a grand total $418. By then I had viewed an online video and saw it could be done in 15-20 minutes with only a T-10 and a T-20 torque wrench so asked if they were sure this was a 2 hour job and was advised this price was not negotiable. Advised since the car was there and too late to pick up, please proceed with oil change (for $132 despite having it changed in same shop in April 2017 for $99) for synthetic since motor is Diesel and asked for quote on insulation when car was in shop. Next morning they quoted over US $500 for insulation replacement. Requested to purchase multiswitch from Parts Department and was advised they do not take CC orders over the phone but I would need to come in and place the order and come back and pick it up when they received it (40-60 mins each way). I called Planet Dodge who sold me the multi-switch the same day for $110 and it took me less than 20 minutes to switch it out. Don't waste your time or money at Dadeland Dodge. There are plenty of other, more professional, more accommodating, and much less expensive dealers like Planet Dodge.

"Service and sales"

Bill Crosby in the Service Department does a terrific job. Friendly, thorough, professional and knowledgeable. When he says it will be done, it gets done. Rene Poitevin is a great guy who makes the vehicle acquisition experience a pleasure. And I would be remiss if I did not mention the very talented General Manager and COO Greg Travaline. He is a credit to his dealership and the FCA dealership community. He cares a great deal about the needs of his customers.

"wouldn't fix car and couldn't be bothered to explain"

What a horrible experience!!! I bring my jeep 2017 Cherokee in for check engine light. the service writer (amitol I think was his name, west indian gentleman) tells me it shouldn't be a problem. Around 3 still no response so I called in and he tells me the car was in an accident and they won't replace the automatic grill sensor!! Accident?? what accident? I get there and the mechanic tells me 'you were sold a lemon. that's why I don't buy my cars from these dealers especially this one because they all lie.' I didn't buy my car there anyway due to all the negative reviews. He shows me the car is missing some plastic clips that as far as I know were always there. Now they're missing and broken piece of plastic way at the bottom. With those two pieces of information he concludes the car was in a wreck and they won't replace the part. Later he tells me this is a pain in the neck job because he has to take everything apart in the front to find out if the sensor is bad, basically he doesn't want to do it. Then he says in his notes car was in a wreck and they won't fix it. The manager Maria I believe who supposedly approved his notes, was nowhere to be found. Then it took another 30 minutes to get the car out of there because my service writer was too busy chit chatting on his personal phone. I took it elsewhere and of course the sensor is bad, no wreck, and they are fixing it. These people are a bunch of lazy people who don't care if you are upset or not. And Anita? ha! I ask for her and nowhere to be found. The worst part that upsets me is stating my car was in a wreck. How dare they deny me service if it's under warranty and no body damage!!!! Had it been in a wreck the part would have been destroyed!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY.
