Used car for first time driver! I had a GREAT experience with Dahl Ford! I am typically a Ford buyer, as I have always had the best of luck with their products, so I fully intended I had a GREAT experience with Dahl Ford! I am typically a Ford buyer, as I have always had the best of luck with their products, so I fully intended on buying my 15 (almost 16 year old) daughter a Ford Focus or Fusion that would last her for many years to come. I had a great personally experience with Courtney Tittle, who directed me to Alias Munoz, and Mike Faulhaber finished off the 'numbers' for me. Courtney was extremely helpful in making sure that I was matched with a salesman that would be able to meet my standards, she was excellent! Elias was GREAT, he listened to my concerns and was able to put my mind at ease with my choice of a used Ford Focus. Mike was able to get me the deal I needed within my financial budget, although over 1 penny (which they chipped in, LOL). When we picked up the car, Dahl Ford made it a special experience for her, one she will not forget for many years! More

Malibu I had such a great experience at Dahl from my salesman Elias Munoz. When I contacted him he had me come in the very next day. I was there only an hour compared to all day with other places. He had me approved and picking out my dream car within 20 minutes of me being there! I told him what kind of car I wanted, how much I can afford for a payment per month and he got it done! He exceeded all of my expectations! Completely Satisfied! Wow! Where do I start? I will start at the beginning. My Subaru was hit and totaled on the same day that I found mechanical problems with my Ford F Wow! Where do I start? I will start at the beginning. My Subaru was hit and totaled on the same day that I found mechanical problems with my Ford F-150. I brought the F-150 into Dahl for the repairs because the service is always fantastic and they will pick me up and drop me off so that I don't need to arrange a ride. I had a rental and accidentally left the key in the F-150 at the service center... After calling the Service Center, there was a ring on my doorbell... it was my rental key being dropped off by the same Dahl employee who had dropped me off at home 20 minutes earlier! :) I decided to check out the Dahl inventory to replace my Subaru and worked with Elias - who was absolutely amazing! I went into the car buying process with an idea in mind on what I thought I wanted (Honda, Subaru, or Toyota crossover), but Elias really listened to what I was saying and zeroed in on my list. He asked me to set aside my preconceptions and showed me a Taurus.... which was absolutely everything I wanted but didn't know that I wanted. I had been focusing on all of the lack of bells and whistles on previous cars, but this thing was fully loaded and that is exactly what I was looking for! I hadn't communicated it but Elias was paying attention. It also is quiet, has an amazing stereo, is a gorgeous red, V6, is heavier, roomy.... it's just PERFECT! Elias also figured out that I wanted a good deal and that is exactly what I got! The Taurus was a good price to begin with but after negotiating, Dahl gave us a deal that we absolutely could not refuse - Honestly, it was impossible and we would have been stupid to not take it. I ended up trading in the F-150 instead of having it repaired and also received an amazing deal on my trade in. I HATE buying cars but it's actually hard to express how fantastic this process was at Dahl Ford. Flat out - I will not go anywhere else. More
