Run-Around Took truck in for service and seen they had a coupon advertised on their website. Showed it to the cashier she said they WONT honor the coupon because it "doesn't say Dahl Ford" on the coupon even though it's pulled right from their website. Called and asked to speak to the Manager and got "Ian" who said "He's sorry he would have to talk to April who was the cashier and see why it wasn't done" he also said he would call me back. Well he NEVER did, kept calling back and getting the run around from him AND April both saying one has to speak to the other to figure out what's going on and will call back. Well it's been OVER a month and neither one of them have figured it out or called back. It shouldn't be this hard to issue a refund and leave cash at the front desk for customer to pick up. On top of this Ian portraying he's the manager when this website says Dan is the manager. This is ridiculous customer service by both of them and they make your company look bad. Telling me every time I call they're "sorry they've been busy and haven't had time to call me" well I bet if I walked in with $20,000 someone would find time to talk to me. I suggest having my refund ready for me and have Dan call me or don't advertise deals you're not going to honor!! More

The day after purchasing my car it started overheating so I called doc and he made sure to get me scheduled to come and have it looked at. During the waiting time for my service they provided me with a loaner until my vechile was serviced, they covered the cost of the repairs. So super excited and greatful they held there word. However, little upset that when i recieved my car back I was informed they missed my issue on inspection, after I came back to the dealership sitting 20 mins of picking up my car because my left front suspension was making a noise that it hadn't before. I asked for them to inspect it bcz again wasn't making the noise when I dropped it off an was told they wouldn't unless I covered the cost, bcz it's normal wear and tear , and things start to go out on a used car. I know that and understand that and am truly greatful they fixed the main issue they missed but it had be wondering what else might have been missed. And now Im worried I have a problem coming put that I know I didn't have going in. Especially I made sure to ask all these questions and concerns upfront and was told everything was fine and no issues. But apparently that was wrong. And the fact things were overlooked in inspections is complete nonsense and unacceptable. But again Doc was great and nothing negative about him whatsoever. I would still recommend this dealership!! The no pressure approach, the time spent explaining options and the feeling of not being rushed was truly appreciated. I got the model with options I was looking for and Javier worked with me to get the trade and sale I was comfortable with....went home a happy customer! Certified Used F-150 I found myself in the search for a different vehicle to possibly replace my other vehicle with transmission problems. A friend of mine referred me to I found myself in the search for a different vehicle to possibly replace my other vehicle with transmission problems. A friend of mine referred me to talk to Brenton and I was told that he would refer me to somebody. I was referred to speak with Lisa Blaser and once we sat down and starting talking we found that we have a lot in common since we are from the same area and know a lot of the same people. I told her I was looking for a truck and she showed me a 2014 Certified F-150 and let me drive it home for the night. I brought this truck and told her it just was not going to be the one for me. We then walked the lot and found a 2015 Certified F-150 that met my color preference and everything that I had been looking for in my mind. Lisa was very patient with me and let me take this truck and I fell in love with it. The next day I took it back and we worked on the price of the vehicle and other items to finalize the deal. Brenton and Lisa are great to work with and I definitely recommend them to work with. I did get my other vehicle fixed and will continue to bring both vehicles in for service work and also keep Lisa and Brenton in mind when I hear about others looking for a vehicle. More
