Javier Calleja came out to the lot to greet me on this cold morning wearing nothing but a fleece jacket and no head cover. I didn't have any intentions of talking to a sales person however Javier put me at ease almost as soon as soon as he greeted me with a warm handshake. I was looking at a couple of cars that interested me so Javier unlocked them and let me see inside, and gave me the details on the cars ie mileage etc. The rest is history I ended up purchasing the 2013 Ford Edge SEL that week. Javier took the time to patiently explain to my wife and I all the feature of the car and informing us we could attend a training session with their IT guy to go in depth on the operation of the electronics and touch screen operations. the whole experience was a very good one from the minute I met Javier until the final paper signing. I would recommend Javier to any one wanting to buy a car at Dahl Ford. I feel I met someone I could trust and also feel like I made a new friend. Jim Seymour More

We decided on Ford as they offered us a great trade in value for our vehicle, a good price for the vehicle we were buying and a very smooth purchase process overall. Anthony made us feel like we were his priority and even came in on his day off. He listened to our needs and concerns but didn't miss a beat! We were able to complete the process very quickly which was important to us. The finance manager was also very friendly, explained things very simply and made us feel like a priority. So far so good, we plan on a 2nd purchase in the future and Dahl Ford will get our business again based on our current experience. More

Thanks Javier for helping me get back into an Escape again! It was a random Saturday morning and we decided to wash our car and then go look at vehicles at Dahl on the way to breakfast. After circling around on It was a random Saturday morning and we decided to wash our car and then go look at vehicles at Dahl on the way to breakfast. After circling around once I knew the one I really liked (2014 Escape). Javier suggested we test drive it to breakfast and it was such a smooth ride we decided to go for it. We didn't need to look at other dealers and this is my third vehicle from Dahl. I had traded my first Escape in for a Focus since I was working an hour away from home and wanted something smaller/little better on gas, and I had always missed the Escape. Thanks to Javier helping answer questions and showing us all the bells and whistles, I am back in an Escape again! I had worked with Javier in the past and knew how much of a dedicated worker he is, and continues to be to this day! Thank you Javier! More

I was amazed how he had so much time for me and my own concerns when I'm sure he was very busy with other customers. He was top notch on notifying me on the progress of my situation, so much so that I began to recognize the number and I answered the phone saying, "How's it goin' Dan?". Had I known I would've been taken so good care of at Dahl Ford, I wouldn't have wasted my time trying to get an answer from other places prior. I know where I'll be going next time I need service done to my car! Bravo! More
