Lisa Blaser is polite, friendly, not overbearing and really facilitates the car buying process. We don't buy cars often. Lisa was our first and last stop. Now, however, comes the important part. The honeymoon is over and the marriage has started. Hopefully, we will not need many contacts with the service department over the life of our ownership. Our limited contact with the service department so far has been positive. Hopefully, a year from now, our feelings will be the same, or even better. Time will tell.
