We went to the other dealership and were offered a very low number for our trade and the customer service was horrible. The next day we went to see Javier! He gave us a fair price for a trade and we received amazing customer service. We were able to get the car we wanted at the car payment we wanted. You can't get better than that!!! The finance manager was great too! He was not pushy and was straight forward. He showed me the 2014 Mustang and he was so enthusiastic about showing me all of the features of the car that he made me excited about it. I bought the car and I love it! Javier was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car and made sure that he answered every one of my questions before I left the lot. I felt as though my business was important to him. in my experience, that is definitely NOT the case at many other car dealerships.
