We were returning customers with Brenda and Dahl Ford. We had such an amazing experience. I set up an appointment and went in and purchased another vehicle from Dahl. When we purchased our other vehicle back in August of 2013 we visited a bunch of dealers and what sold us on Dahl was how down to earth and friendly they were. We felt right at home. This was night and day from our experience at other dealers. So when I decided to trade in my F150 last week I went straight there and again it was exceptional service from the way Brenda took care of us to Dave and Terry in finance. It was an all around great experience. They are my dealership for life and I am now a Dahl evangelist telling everyone I know why they should go to Dahl. More
When I drove into Dahl lot it was a cold and windy day. I didn't expect a sales person to come out but when I stopped to look at the cars Brenda was right there. I was able to give my wife an experience she will remember her whole life. I talked with James first to see if it would be possible to trade my wife's fusion for a new red one. The deal was made without my wife knowing anything about it. Between Ken and James they set up a surprise by putting the car on the showroom floor, with a large bow on top. At a prearranged day and time ,I lured my wife to the dealership with a small white lie. We went to the showroom to see James.As we passed the car,she commented about the car and bow. James told her some guy had bought it for his wife. She looked at me and said it was just like you see on TV around Christmas. As she looked at the car,James handed me the keys and i handed them to her and said it's your car. All the salesmen on the floor started clapping and the tears started flowing. My wife said it was the biggest and best surprise of her life. We took pictures to have as keepsakes. I can't thank Ken and James enough for all their trouble to pull off this surprise! For the last 25 years I have received outstanding overall service from Dahl's salespeople and the service Department! That is why Dahl Ford gets my A-1 approval rating! I have to thank Dahl Ford and especially Tim O'Leary for the great service and care they gave us over the last several months. We have bought vehicles (F-150 and Edge) from Tim previously, and always e for the great service and care they gave us over the last several months. We have bought vehicles (F-150 and Edge) from Tim previously, and always enjoyed working with him, but he went above and beyond this time. We special ordered our Explorer and he talked us through all the decisions - even letting our kids climb in and out and fold seats over and over. Then a week after ordering, we were in an accident with our Edge and had no idea what to do. The body shop at Dahl and Tim did a great job keeping us informed, helping figure things out, and checking up on us. Tim kept us in the loop on the status of the Explorer and helped us out with getting into a used car to drive while we waited for the Explorer to be built. Now that our Explorer is finally here, I love it and can honestly say that Tim made the car buying experience wonderful. He is so easy to work with, friendly, and truly cares about his customers. When we are looking for another car in the future, our first (and only) call will be to Tim! More
