My husband told him the 2 trucks he was looking at (UGH) and, we even test drove 1. My husband just thought he wanted 1 of those until I spotted the Dodge truck still in the service bay and said, that's the 1! Javier made it so easy, quick and, a pleasure to do business with the Dahl dealership that we will come back to him should we ever need another vehicle. You have a wonderful salesperson in Javier and he is an asset to your dealership. My husband now has the truck he was really wanting in the 1st place and Javier made that happen for him hassle free. My wife and I had a very good experience with Dahl Ford. Allan Jackson really busted his hump trying to get us exactly what we wanted for a car. It was by no means Allan's fault, but the fault of other dealerships giving him the run-a-round while he was attempting a vehicle trade. My wife and I had our sights set on a vehicle that is not carried in high quantities at most dealerships, but it was going to be that type or nothing. In the end Allan ended up getting us a car that had a little more in it than what we were initially looking for and we have come to really enjoy those extras. I have been Ford man, particularly with trucks, my whole life, and what we experienced at Dahl Ford just stands to reaffirm why I only purchase vehicles from Ford Dealerships! More

When I walked into your dealership I wasn't sure what to expect. I wasn't expecting the excellent treatment I received. I did not receive this treatment at all at Dahl Ford. I walked in and was greeted by smiling staff and I can't say enough good things about Javier. He made the experience a great one. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me until we came up with a deal that would work within my budget. I never once felt like I was being pressured into buying anything or that I was being talked down to. Javier is an asset to your business and I am recommending your dealership and him when asked where I bought my vehicle. When I'm ready for my next vehicle, I will be heading back to your dealership.
