He had already familiarized himself with the paperwork that Mike had prepared for us so, we didn't have to wait while Javier read it over. I have been a life long GM person and was a little more than hesitant on switching to Ford. I originally did my research on the internet and found Dahl Ford as a possibility for my new suv purchase. The initial phone contact was handled with great professionalism, which made it easier to visit the dealership. The Sales Manager I was told to see was busy at my arrival and while waiting a very short time, Javier came up and asked to help me. He did an excellent job in helping me with my decision and did not pressure me what so ever to make the purchase. During the whole process, I was always greeted with a smile and asked if I needed help or could they get me anything by all the staff present that I encountered. Javier made my decision to buy through his professionalism and knowledge of his product. He made sure I understood and answered all of my concerns and I know the pricing was great as well.
