I had a appointment to for a recall, oil change etc, was told that it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took less time than thought. While working on my car they found that I had needed some new filters and As told that it would take 2 to 3 hours and it took less time than thought. when I scheduled the appointment for the recall service I was told it would take 1.5 hours. I was in and out in less than an hour. Would recommend clearly labeling which lines are open. Some who arrived early to wait were in a line that didn't open. Then, they had to restart their wait in a line that was open. Not fair to them.
