When I scheduled my oil change I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I brought the vehicle in I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I paid the bill I asked what oil was used and he full synthetic oil. When I brought the vehicle in I specifically asked for full synthetic oil. When I paid the bill I asked what oil was used and he said a semi synthetic oil. I said that I told them twice to use full synthetic. He said semi synthetic was used last time.
